Once the Patient Portal is enabled you can offer programs for patients.

System Settings

Navigate to Settings > General > System > Modules > Programs field, set to Enabled.

If you want to show programs in the Portal for patients to register online, head to Settings > General > System > Scheduling > Programs section and enable both of the fields shown in the image below, then Save.

How to Set Up Programs


First, navigate to Settings > Programs

Any created programs will list here.

Select +New Program and enter in the details.

If applicable, select +Add to associate any products and/or services to the program.

Optional : Create a Checklist to provide a 'report card' for your patients.
Select +Add to enter in list items individually.

Enter in the notification text that will display as the patient's reminder email.

When completed, select Save.

To schedule a created program, select the menu icon next to the program.

Enter in the details.

Select the day(s) of the week to schedule the program and select save.

To view, cancel or add/remove patients to the scheduled programs, select the menu icon.

Note: Cancelling a Program will remove all patients from it and void any associated invoices.
If any payment was already made towards the program, be sure to provide the patient a refund.

 

Report Cards

There are two areas from which to create a Report Card for the patient.

 

Report Cards - From the Program

Go to Settings > Programs > Scheduled Programs.

Click the icon to the left of the program and select Registered Patients.

To the right of the patient name select Report Card.

Grade the results and select if the patient Passed or Failed and Save.

The Report Card saves in the Patient Profile under History > Appointments.

Locate the date of the program, click the View icon to the left of the patient name.

Then select the Report Card button to view.

 


Report Cards - From the Patient Profile

Open the Patient Profile.

Go to History > Appointments.

Locate the date of the program, click the View icon to the left of the patient name.

Then select the Report Card button to create and Save.

 

 

Progress Notes

Navigate to Patient Profile > History > Appointments.

Locate the date of the program the patient attended.

Click the View icon to the left of the item.

Select the icon to the left of the patient's name to create Progress Notes and Save.
